"When returning a few items from our home repair Kayla didn't credit back one of the items , but insisted she did and could not come up with receipt like the other items. When we asked about it all we got was terrible customer service and attitude. When I refused to leave without a receipt low and behold she was able to return it properly and after 30 minutes of our son crying ( he's 2 ) and wasting our time. She went out of her way to be difficult. I even asked for the manager who never showed....."
"Deanne, Dom and Tommie did a great job in helping me with my order. They were extremely patient with the customer ahead of me as I was growing inpatient. When I finally got to the register they went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. For once I can say that the management team at this Home Depot is doing it right. "There's a staff member named Art who's very knowledgeable and kind, and helped me tremendously. I had a low tire, getting close to flat parked outside. His customer service is above and beyond. Not only did he give me information on which devices are best for inflating tires and the difference between them. Not only did he recommend fix a flat to patch it up if it was leaking air. But he also helped to put air in my tires for free. I don't know if all the locations do this. But this one, in the Tools department, you can fill up your tires for free. Thanks so much, Art!!!"
"Just moved into a new place, and Home Depot was on the to-do list. We had many items on our list, and we were asked several times if we needed help. One gentleman spent an extra amount of time trying to find the corner protectors. Checkout was fast, and as always, the appreciation for my military service was recognized."
"I do a lot of online shopping for pick-up in store. Especially this weekend. I've been here 3 times so far. The associates at the counter have been amazing. Helpful, friendly, and professional. I even learned how to pick up items from a locker yesterday. It's made our tiring project a little easier."
