"My story starts out as this. I was reinstalling a fan for a friend who had relocated from another state. We couldn't find the 2 piece finial that attached the bowl globe to her ceiling fan. I went to the box store was not given any help. I asked them who would have the part they told me someone else who I knew wouldn't have it but I called that place for advice. The young lady told me to call Dan's Fan city. I did the gentleman on the phone explained that he didn't carry a lot of parts what was I looking for? He then informed me that he might have one if I wanted to come by. I walked into the store showed him the globe and he stated oh yes I have that what finish do you need. He then rang me up and much to my surprise he was cheaper than amazon. They had one but it was smaller then the size that I needed. If you need fans or parts check this place out they are wonderful."
"Very helpful and friendly. Helped over the phone identifying a 15 year old fan we purchased from another Dan's Fan City and recommended to replace the capacitors. After a $50 dollar fix the fans run like new. Also visited another time to get an extension and again received the same outstanding service. Not to mention the fans are quality. I have fans only a year old from big home improvement stores that are broken already. Dan's Fans are the best!"

"Hello, I am the General Manager at a Large Homeowner Association. We used Dan's Fans for all of our needs. David is very responsive and helpful. He has an electrician who can install the Fans if you wish. They are outstanding quality. We had one problem with one of our fans awhile back, and it was corrected and replaced right away without a problem. I would definitely go to Dan's Fans. You will be happy that you did! :)"
"Dan's Fan City saved the day for me. We had the electricians out to replace an old and dated ceiling fan in our two story family room. We could not find a 72" down-rod with a .75" diameter (3/4) anywhere and ordering online was 2 weeks out. I went to the store and they took care of me. Electricians were able to complete the job today and not have to come back. Thanks, DFC!"
