"I don’t even want to give them a bad review because I actually genuinely like the people who run it. But, I have to be honest; the appliances suck so bad that I have to shop somewhere else now. I have bought no less than 4 fridges and 4 washing machines and a couple of dryers. If the appliances costed less, then I could see going through the headache of getting them to the house, installing them, and having to find out what’s wrong with them and then wait on the guys to bring a different one or come fix the one I just bought all the time. But they want $400 and $450 and the appliances don’t last. There will be something wrong with the appliance most of the time. The biggest problem is the time that gets wasted by having to have them replace or fix them. Out of 10 appliances, I probably had a problem out of 8 or 9. And I’m not lying or exaggerating. They will come and fix or replace them, I can say that. But once that 90 day warranty is up, you’re stuck with a piece of dog junk and you have to deal with the quirks that the machine has or go buy a different one from somewhere else; which is what I have to do from now on. Sorry fellas, but it’s just like robbery if you sell people junk at a high price."

"The lady that runs the place was kinda rude, I did not mind that so much. She told me I brought her a maytag that I clearly did not. it was a whirlpool, that they have all in the store. I was too lazy to shop around, probably could have gotten a better price if I tried, but I really didn't want to put in the effort."

"Bought stove on the 12th it didn’t fit so they were supposed to bring another one after I picked it out 2 days later here it is the 20th and I still don’t have my stove!! They act as if it’s my fault they don’t call to say they’re on the way they just show up like you don’t have a life!! I do not recommend these people they show no sympathy at all! Now they say they’ll come in 2 more days!!!! I’m done will not get any any thing else from them"

"I came here wanting to get my refrigerator fixed , the owner was very rude and had a nasty attitude she said if i didn’t pay a fee of 60$ first than she would not take my service, Well i paid the 60 $ she told me that they would give me a call at 6pm when the mechanic would be on its way. They never came to my house , They never called me to give me an update or anything. I went this morning to ask what happen , she rolled her eyes at me with an attitude telling me that her worker just didn’t want to go . Well i said can i get a refund and she rudely said “my company is worth more than 60$ “ Worst service ever!!! Do not come to this awful place !!"

"READ BEFORE GOING FOR SERVICE: I had went in to ask if they could fix my fridge because the freezer worked, but the fridge was warm. The lady working was a Hispanic woman. Naturally I spoke Spanish, she responded to me in English. Fine, no problem. I spoke in English, and she spoke in Spanish. Okay fine. When I told her what I wanted in English, she takes an airpod out and goes “ what u need”. Very rude & is trying to make me look crazy by bouncing around two languages as if I wasn’t fluent in both. I should’ve left, but I proceeded to go through w/ the service and they arrived around 10pm. I figure they had a busy day. Because it was the same people I spoke to when I went around 2:30pm. They worked on it, it started to work, then stopped working 2 weeks later. Called them THREE times to take a look at it since they worked on it last, but nothing. I wish I could give it a 0."
