"The salesperson was great but I wanted to buy an end table and I was told that they could not take furniture off the floor to sale. You have to order it and that particular table I wanted to purchase was on back order so that is additional waiting time to get the item. Maybe, I could understand if they didn't have any more like that end table on the floor but they had about 5 or more on the sales floor. They said they would have to talk to the manager. I couldn't understand why you would rather lose a sale and let a customer leave when you have the merchandise in the store. Outstanding Customer service and satisfaction is definitely not Farmer's first priority!!"
