"I'm staying with my sister and she's at work today I was going to wash the sheets and I couldn't get the washing machine going and then the power went out to it like it was like something was majorly wrong with it so I called Lee's appliance and Carrollton Georgia. He told me to try unplugging it and plugging it back which I did and I called him back to tell him that it worked. It's hard to believe in this day and time that he was able to tell me over the phone how to do something with that washing machine to get it working. Got to love his service! Five stars all the way..."

"Called Ron in advance about dropping our washing machine off .. He claimed 10:30 the next day would be a good time.. After arriving at10:30 and waiting until 11 no Ron.. He finally calls us with an attitude of some sort blaming his doctor.. Then proceeds to inform me that there's no telling when he can get to it.. Very unprofessional and could use a refresher course on customer service.."
