"I bought a mattress and protection from Matress Firm. When they came to deliver it, I didn't check if there were any stains. I slept for a week and was not satisfied. because he needed a firm mattress. I went to the store and said the mattress was too soft and didn't do me any good. I asked to exchange it and they asked for $350 for the exchange. I didn't have that money at the time. and I called back two months later and said I can't get used to this mattress, I need to change it. They said they would give me a good deal on a replacement and charged me $211 to replace a mattress that costs $2,700. Today they came to do the exchange and said it wasn't possible because there were three small stains. I said I used the protection since it arrived here, I didn't check it when it arrived because they are very small. So I'm super dissatisfied with the bad character of this store in deceiving customers in this way. I will look for my direct and consumer."
