"We bought a new refrigerator this weekend and it was scheduled for today. They called and asked where we wanted it dropped off? Like what, in the driveway? The nicest hey we've ever had said we couldn't bring it in because they would have to take the doors off and since we didn't buy a new water line for a $100.00 they couldn't bring it in. Last time we bought one they delivered it, in the house not outside, took the doors off on the fridge not hallway doors, and set it up. GREAT JOB! Now there's been a policy change and unfortunately no one assumed we should know that! Wouldn't you think the sales person would or should be taught to include that little piece of information? Now we need to start the process over and find another company that understands customer service!"

"We ordered a brand new washer and dryer on Black Friday weekend in NOVEMBER. They promised delivery on Dec. 15. They have rescheduled the delivery 3 separate times and said we would not receive our purchase until the New Year and probably not until after FEBRUARY. This is unacceptable. You can go into Costco and buy a washer and dryer TODAY and take it home TODAY. This is the WORST customer no service I have ever had in my lifetime. Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM Home Depot."
