"We worked with both Jared and Paul with DM Interiors and Design to have custom motorized shades installed and were more than pleased with the entire process from start to finish. We were given their referral from friends of ours who used DM Interiors for one of their home renovation projects. I submitted a request to speak with someone and Jared reached out incredibly quickly to schedule a home visit to discuss products and options. When Jared arrived he was incredibly professional, personal and more than prepared. He patiently helped us pick the right solutions based not only on our needs but what would help look the best with the many, many options and combinations they were able to offer. We were sent an estimate that day and after we accepted the scope of work, their installer Paul quickly got in touch with us to come out and take 2nd measurements to place the order. Once order was placed, the product was custom built in about three weeks and the delivery happened soon after. Paul did an excellent job with the install and we could not be happier with the final products. Communication was prompt and easy. We will be using DM Interiors for further projects in the near future. HIGHLY recommend them for your interior design needs, especially if you are looking for custom motorized shades."
