"Edit. I see I’m not the only one who as experienced manager Ako. After reading reviews this store needs new employees. I truly hope Lowe’s looks into this rude employee!!! I will shop at Home Depot from now on!! No one at Lowe’s cares. I would not give this store one star if I could. Spent over $4000 in two weeks in this store. New range and microwave a week ago. Today I am being told it won’t be installed for a month. Was never informed that installation would be a month. Called to speak to a manager, on hold and never helped. Drove to the store to ask for a manager, a very annoyed Ako came up to speak to me, called me the wrong name. Looked completely annoyed I was there. I explained my situation and he stood there staring at me. He basically said well it’s Christmas and we have no way to know how long delivery will take. I told him I could tell he did not care about me or my situation and he continued to stand there annoyed. He smarted off how could I tell he didn’t care by the annoyed look on his face!!! Never offered to see if delivery could be sooner, never apologized. I told him it would be nice to be informed of the long delivery time. I drove next door to Home Depot and ordered same things and they price matched with no issues and delivery much sooner. Very kind sales woman there who cared. Do not purchase appliances from Lowes Dallas hwy they don’t care."

"Lowe's is obviously having a problem with the West Cobb fence post mafia, they have to prevent the fence lords from the big heist Oh, if you're not a fence thief then you must wait for someone to come with a forklift to remove the giant bag of rocks. Hope you aren't in a hurry."

"I went to return an item I had a receipt for. But since I had fraud on that card & my new card had not yet come in, they refuse to give me anything but a gift card. The 800 credit card service says no as long as I had my receipt (which I did) they can still refund to my account. Now I really wouldn't care if it was a little amount..... but we're talking about over $400. I now have to make payments on my credit card cause I have a gift card & u can't even pay your credit card with a gift card. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB, GET HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO DOES! DON'T SCREW OVER YOUR CUSTOMERS BY $400!!!! Iwill NEVER shop lowes again! It's just been too much & no 1 to hold accountable for the problems. I still have a $4200.00 refrigerator I paid $300 for an extended warranty on that no one honors! It's not worth the hassle! Home Depot may be a few dollars more but worth the no hassle!"

"Update: As suggested below we have reached out multiple times, by phone and by going on to the store. The SECOND delivery group came out to try to correct the situation. By calling we had asked for a non dented fridge and was told that delivery was set up. We then went to the store to confirm. The appliance manager could find NO record of a delivery to bring us the new fridge that we have paid for! When we were in the store we watched the appliances manager set up the second delivery to get for us the fridge we paid for. We bought the stacking kit for washer/dryer that had been left off of original order even though it clearly said we wanted to stack them. We watched her put the order in for the deliver to stack our new washer/ dryer. Delivery refused to stack water/ dryer. Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot. Associate in the store didn’t add a crucial component to our order so when delivery got here they couldn’t fully set it up. Lowe’s also sent out a refrigerator with a dent. Delivery insisted we either take it as is or they would take it back but with no contact to the delivery center to get it replaced. Delivery literally drove away while my husband was trying to confirm we could get an UNDENTED one since we paid for it. After delivery truck left my husband was able to confirm they will get a replacement without a dent but it will take several days."
