"Must've spent 20 minutes trying to find anyone in the Window/Door department to set up a patio door install. The one person stocking the department when we walked in to look at the door options before getting help didn't even say hello even when we walked right past him. After a few minutes he disappeared and didn't come back. Not a single employee came through that department for the 20 minutes we waited around. Lowes is right across the street, you should be making some effort."
"Stopped in for landscape things and to pick up wild bird seed and suet for the wifey and noticed there were mouse feces all over the shelves. Way more than just one mouse ... I have mentioned this at checkout previously and was given the quick "okay we'll be sure to take care of it" by a young person ~20years old or so, and of course nothing improved. It's probably 4-5x worse now. Do you know how many dangerous viruses can be spread by rodents like this? Please educate your stockers because they are clearly just ignoring these disgusting smells and sights and filling the shelves with more snacks for the mice. -Update 1/04/2024 Less feces but tons still there behind the suet and birdseed. Still a very real threat of contamination of several viruses which can be spread to people. Please HOME DEPOT do better. Additionally I tried to buy some suet for the birds at the Home Depot in Acworth on Cobb Parkway and had the same experience. Feces ALL OVER THE SHELVES."
"Some problem faced in finding proper things. The concern department person was not present. Admin manager tried to make contact but she was not available. Admin manager helped a lot and guide me about the product as much as she knows. But all other things were ok staff is cooperative and I saw they were helping the people at their level best."
