"A girl in there messed my eyebrows up as if she isn’t licensed. They also aren’t the most sanitary in there either. I do not recommend. Find a shop with a higher rating"

"The tech who did my nails did not do a good job w an ombré set and had an attitude when i asked her to fix the nails that were not right stating “ombré is supposed to look like that”(it is, in fact, not supposed to look like that; she was rushing) and then after cutting several of the nails crooked and some of the nails looking more like French tips than ombré, she charged $75 for a SHORT set with no designs, no stones, NOTHING. Some started lifting at the base 2 days later. If you’re gonna overcharge people, the very LEAST you can do is a good job."

"First and last time here. Came in around 4:30 for a simple polish change. Didn’t have to wait, but I should’ve and went somewhere more reasonable. Never in my life have I paid $40 for a polish change (simple gel polish french tip, see picture). I mean, I paid $50 for the set elsewhere… Apparently, they change prices a lot. As the lady checking out in front of me, mentioned she frequents this establishment regularly and they overcharged her too. Save yourself time and go somewhere else."

"It hasn’t even been a week yet. And this new set of SNS (dip powder) started cracking so bad while I was out of town. This is the worst experience I’ve in countered getting these. They are supposed to last me 6 weeks. Not a couple of days. I’m pretty sure he made them too thin. But they wanted to to pay for my full service when the service should’ve been done correctly the first time…… Update 11/21/2022 YALL DONT COME HERE! They were trying to tell me they can’t fix all of my nails only 2 the rest I have to pay for with is absurd. All of my nails were so thin with the SNS and several of them cracked off or were cracking. She told me she could put a harder layer, which was not SNS. And I am only using SNS for my natural nails. To help them grow better. This lady didn’t actually want to help me. If they guy who’ve done it in the beginning done it right I wouldn’t be back here trying to get them fixed after a week Of having them. And 2 days they started cracking. I’ll never come back here service is terrible what she said was “ oh well we can’t fix it all “ “you have to pay” “you have to pay” and me tryina to explain to them the job was done correctly in the first place I would pay, but he did a poor job and doing my SNS."
