"Place was empty. Lady tried to chatge me $20 just to take off the gel on my nails. And $15 to take off the gel on my toes. I told her I might as well get a refill. She then charged me $42 for a gel refill. My nails came out sloppy and started chipping the same day ! I got a regular manicure with my real nails and the polish is all outside my cuticle.. they didnt remove the design prior and u can see the old polush from my last design still. I had no time to complain. I will just never be back.. you were warned!"

"I’ve been here three different times. Each time was an unpleasant experience. The employees don’t speak English well enough to communicate and understand inquiries about services and pricing. One woman blatantly ignored me because she thought I was trying to skip on the bill when really I had to close my bank adding due to fraud so my money was spread across a couple different platforms. I had asked the woman if she could take payment via iPhone wallet and she nodded yes but didn’t not truly understand what I was asking causing problems at pay out. TODAY I arrive in a Saturday and was told 45 min. I said ok I come back at that time and was told I had to wait an additional 30 min or leave because people were ahead of me. This was my third and final time coming to this establishment and I really wish they would require nail techs to speak English fluently it’s very frustrating doing business with someone who doesn’t understand what I want in the first place."

"I got my nails done they are nice but I wanted a little longer with coffin shape but since they were still cute I let it go. When I came in the door she told me it was $35 for nails and $10 for toes When I sat in the chair he started to do my nails first he ask how long did I want them I said I wanted coffin shape and long it not to long. Then I showed him a picture of the color and the nail length he said ok its $45. I said $45 he said yeah nail and toe everything $45 I said ok fine. He finishes nails and transfer me to a lady to complete toes I chose 2 colors blue for hand and lemon for toes he uses the blue for hand and gives her the lemon for toes. After she finishes my toes she says $50. I was like $50 what the guy told me $45 for everything and we go back and forth she then says your nails are $35 plus $5 for coffin $40 then toes are $10. If that was the then where did he get $45 from for nails if before I got coffin they were 35 plus 5 is $40 he never said $40 for nails nor did he say $50 for everything he said $45 for everything. When I presented to her attention she says he thought you only wanted nails that's why he said $45 which still does not make since. She says yeah normal price is $45 she says not it's the length my nails are not long at all. They just lost a customer all because they wanted to get a extra buck or because the guy didn't want to admit what he said. Plus they not even really coffin."
