"Love hate relationship with this business because they do great nails but they treat me like trash. This is my 3rd time coming and I’ve had a negative experience every time, didn’t write the first review cause I thought maybe it’s me…NO. I am currently sitting in the chair waiting to be served when I got here at 9:58 before opening hours, I waited for some employees to come into work and I have yet to be assisted. Like I said they do really good nails , go to them if you’re ok with have toxic / abusive business relationship. I honestly can’t take it anymore, beside I feel like they include their $5 tip to bill."

"When you walk into Laura someone is always willing and ready to help and on the occasions I have to wait it is always well worth it. The staff is professional and very nice. I live in Conyers and have many shops around me but I drive to Laura Nails because they treat like family and I am never disappointed in my nails"
