"I’ve been coming to Lee Nails for pedicures for the last 2 years. Today I came in for my usual pedicure only to find an entirely new team. As I sit here the ladies are absolutely rude and the lady is extremely aggressive with the pedicure. Not only is she rough with my feet, she is rushing for whatever reason. There is no one else here. Due to her aggressiveness and rushing, she is having to redo her work. It was great working with Michelle for the last 2 years, but this will be my last visit to this establishment. The pedicure turned out good, but customer service goes a long way."

"Attached pictures are what my nails look like 10’ leaving the store. She took off $5 because she cut me. Mind you, I dont have that much cuticles that need to be trim, a quick run over would work. I should have known better and left that place when she roughly handle my cuticle after I told her 3 times - be gentle, because I got bleed easily. She managed to cut me pretty deep regardless of my warning, this is when she started to really slow down and pay attention to what I said. She’s pushing and her hands are shaky the whole time she’s working on my nails! Half way through the process, she told me that the gel nail polish is out so I have to go with another “similar” color. My friend - who is not a nail tech can do the job better than her. I have been getting gel nails for almost 8 years and this by far is the worst place that I’ve been to. I made an appt with Jay and was service by a mid-aged lady - till this point, i’m not even sure if she is Jay or not. Never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone! 24hr after getting my nails done, I realized all 5 fingers on my right hands are inflamed with cuts that was caused by the filer and the cuticle pusher. After 1.5 days, my nails started chipping from both the left and right fingers. I guess I paid for $30 to have my nails look “less boring” for less than 2 days."
