"I wouldn’t go here again. It’s always hit or miss. This time I arrive for a pedicure. The water was cold and I had to keep asking for warm water to be added to the bowel. They didn’t drain the cold water just added some hot water which made it lukewarm. I overlooked it. I get the same pedicure. Volcano which comes with multiple scents. The lady didn’t allow me to choose a scent and kept saying this is the volcano. I showed her the different options in scent but she was persistent I let it go but I saw several boxes of the scents sitting on a cart near the back. Maybe she didn’t understand me but how do you not know your own services? The worst part she was filing LAYERS off my toenails to remove the gel polish. It BURNED. I stopped her on. The first toe that burned then she went back to do the same thing. I’ve never been to a shop that doesn’t soak the nail in a acetone and foil if the gel polish is stubborn. I stopped the service immediately. I care about my nail health more than anything. I called over the manager and he acted as if he didn’t see the issue and also was trying to pressure me to pay for 9 toenails with just the polish removed ( no products were used). He was acting as if he didn’t want to move out the way for me to leave. Now I have a tiny mark on my big toe. Horrible experience met with an attitude over not wanting to continue a service when I was being hurt. They also removed the basic pedicure (it’s for kids only now) and removed the massage that comes with the regular manicure. (Check the books). Go elsewhere. UPDATE: Not even 24 hrs later my toenail that was over filed has cracked. My natural toenails were so healthy and now I have to get acrylic to grow it out. Which is costing me MORE money. RUN!"

"I like to try a place at least twice before reviewing. My first time was a full set, and it was okay. But this last time was just a regular manicure, and I really feel like because I didn't get a full set, they didn't care about doing a proper manicure. It's been 3 days, and my cuticles look like they were barely touched, and my polish does not cover my whole nail...... very frustrating because I never complained about the price, and I tip well, but for 45, I surely expected proper polish application... at least."

"When you guys first opened you use to be great. Now this place is a hot mess. I recently moved and thought that I would give you guys a try but highly regret it. I've only had my nails for a week and a half and two have broken and the polish started chipping for one before it broke. This is gel. It's not supposed to chip like that. My nails typically last me a whole month with no issues. Not only that, the lady who did my nails was so rough that she bruised my cuticle. I definitely won't be coming back here again. Waste of money."
