"I’ve been coming here for a few months, and up till today had a wonderful experience! Today I received several painful cuts in my cuticles on numerous fingers, which caused a little bleeding on those nails. I’m disappointed in how the cuts and bleeding were handled, as there was no attempt to disinfect the cuts, nor any of the tools used. While in the past I had positive experiences, after today I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this nail salon for the sole reason the massive infection risk. (Pictures attached are after washing the blood off, applying Neosporin)"
"I am in my car just like a similar review below and in tears. Not only are my nails terribly done. The nail tech was unprofessional and he charged my card wrong. My nails are lumpy, dirty, and cracking already. My nail tech made me feel uncomfortable when pressing down his arm on mine hard to be funny and joking way too much.Now my forearm is strained. I used to be a loyal customer but I will never be back."
"This was my third time at Allure, and I’m now crying in the car. Wanted to treat myself and got horrible nails I’m just going to end up getting removed. I wanted almond shape and got a mix of ovals and uneven almonds that don’t have sharp enough tips. The lines for the French tip don’t match the misshapen nails. They are much longer than I requested so not good for work. I feel like I need to use the TikTok audio “this is what I wanted, and this is what I got”. Be careful of the nail tech you use, and just go somewhere else for consistency I’m so sad great way to make a bad day worse. This poor job cost me $76 by the way. Now back to crying…"
