"I live in the neighborhood and dislike this place. I’ve tried to get my nails or eyebrows done 3 times now. Either they don’t have the material for the nails i want or the only person they seem to have for eyebrows is never in. Such a weird place. Won’t be trying again."

"Poorly run business . Proceed with caution!! I blame management for my horrible experience because as an employer, all of your techs should be licensed and have to pass some kind of competency test. I was paired with a nail tech that lacked the ability to provide a gel pedicure with acrylic tips on the big toe. I tried to get him to stop multiple times during the service because he was not applying the acrylic correctly but there was some kind of language barrier so I just let him finish, paid and left. I was charged $40 for this and the man did not even trim my cuticles. The acrylic was thick and bumpy and he did not extend it over the entire nail even when I insisted that is the proper way to do it. I’m honestly just shocked that the owner allows people without basic nail skills to work with clients. I would never recommend this place."

"‼️LONG POST ALERT‼️ I was referred to this salon because the salons near me are not good. I drive 35 mins from my area to this salon. I’ve been going to this salon a little over a year now and with each visit the experience gets worse. I used to go every 2 weeks faithfully when Honey was there! Those were the BEST pedicure experiences I have ever had. She was nice, thorough, caring, and a people person. She was personable and listened to my needs. Once Honey left, I couldn’t find any other technician that was as caring as she was. I think I tried most of not all of them. I gradually cut back on how often I was going. I started going every 3 weeks, then once a month. Reecy (I think that’s how it’s spelled), is good and was thorough, but now she has back to back clients, she doesn’t spend as much time being thorough with pedicures as before. I had an appointment for a pedicure with a technician last week, but I didn’t even find out her name. She looks young, has long dark hair & looks to be Latina, I’m not sure. I came about 10 mins early for my appointment and let the owner know that I was early. I was expecting to sit up front to wait while I read my book. The technician was finishing someone’s nails when I arrived. She paused working on the person’s nails and started the water for the pedicure. I saw her putting the blue powder (which I’m allergic to), into the water. I let her know I’m allergic. She seemed a bit perturbed because she had to start fresh water and wash out the sink. Yes, I call it a sink. That’s what they look like to me. But she never acknowledged me or asked if I wanted the powder added so I didn’t know it was for me. Once the water was finally ready she didn’t look up from finishing the person’s nails, she just said “you can have a seat at the first bowl.” She started my pedicure without saying ANYTHING! No good morning, no introduction, nothing. I said good morning to her, she said good morning, but never looked up. I was going to ask her name, but the way she was acting as if she didn’t even want to provide the service, I didn’t want to know her name. For the entire pedicure, I was saying to myself “I’ll be glad when she’s done.” A few times she knicked my skin with the cuticle cutters, or filed my skin with the emery board. My first reaction is to say ouch & pull my foot away! Each time I pulled my foot away she wouldn’t apologize, she would just pull my foot back towards her to continue without even looking up. I sat there feeling a type of way, but I didn’t say anything, I was just ready to go at this point. Near the end of the pedicure she all of a sudden started to talk & get chipper when she asked for the polish I chose. I’m not sure what happened to make her demeanor change, but by this time I didn’t want to talk after the way I’d been treated. Also, the sinks (bowls) are small and uncomfortable to rest the back of my foot on after taking my foot out of the water. I always ask the technician if they can roll a towel to place there so the back of my foot won’t hurt while it’s up there being worked on. The atmosphere used to be great, but now the turnover is so high & IMO the service doesn’t match the price increase. I called several times after I left to find out the techs name to add to this review but no one answered. They usually return calls if they miss a call, but no one ever did. Hopefully things turn around."

"My sister-in-law turned me on to this amazing nail salon and I am hooked with Sivan‘s nail tech skills. Love how we can get very creative on a fresh new set, always leave very happy with her results."

"The gel pedicure came out great. My nail tech was incredibly friendly and communicative. I wish they had spa/massage chairs, but other than that, no complaints. They're very sanitary. Appointments recommended but not required."
