"My husband purchased me a full body deep tissue massage for my birthday with Edward. I have had many massages over the years, all being deep tissue or sports massage and this one was the worst by far. With that being said, Edward was very nice, had a pleasing personality, the massage just was not what I asked for at all. I wanted a deep tissue and what I got was more like a trigger point massage. He did not massage my entire body, he basically found “knots” scattered around and pressed to relieve pressure and that was it, avoiding the rest of my body. I did not receive a full body massage, I did not feel relaxed when I left, I felt very disappointed. I unfortunately will not be returning. Also, if showering off after a massage is an option then maybe consider letting the client know. For those of us who traveled 45 min to have this massage and won’t be returning home after, it would have been nice to be able to rinse off."

"I recently had a spa day with 7 friends at Natural Body Spa (Ivy Walk). Our group rented out the event space and each had a spa treatment. The event space was nice and the staff provided a few tables and additional chairs for our group. We were allowed to bring our own food, drinks and decorations which was nice. I worked with Carolyn and Shannon and they were very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the booking process. They were also flexible with the entire event allowing our group to have the space for a few hours after our services were over. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend it to someone looking for a relaxed spa day experience!"

I’ve been coming to this location for years and they keep it up very nicely. I had an excellent massage from Shauna. I was looking to decompress and she was awesome.In fact, it was so relaxing I fell asleep at the end! I’ll be back."

"Upon entering the building the fragrance was refreshing. I was greeted with a smile and kind words. As I walked toward the back it was a relaxing feel and I asked, will I be in a holding area along? I want to be totally relaxed and don’t want to be around a lot of people. I was seated in a beautiful, relaxing area with soothing music that I completely enjoyed yet the massage therapist (Alaina) was greeting me in less than 5 minutes. I enjoyed a 90 minutes massage which was amazing! I will definitely be back. Added note: I could not leave without purchasing a Spa Retreat candle and Room & Linen Spray ($55) — smells delightful!"
