"The owner did my nails back in Nov 2023. He was very friendly and did a good job providing services. Poor rating is mainly do to his wife. She has an attitude problem when he isn't around. Just mean for no apparent reason. The gentleman who does nails when the owner isn't there also has an attitude problem. While the owner is nice, 2 nails broke within 1 week. The wife did a sloppy job replacing both nails.and of course, she had an attitude while doing so. She knew she had an attitude for no reason and that's why she apologized. I will not tolerate poor attitudes when the service is less than mediocre. Check out Gloss Nail Bar if you want an upscale nail salon. They're located in Morrow, GA."
"The deluxe pedicure was well worth the money. I didn’t get the nail techs name but he was really nice and welcoming, all the others were as well. They offer complementary drinks as well which is always a plus! The only thing negative I would say is that I don’t like that gel polish is an extra $15 and not included as one whole price. So, I paid $75 with tip which is pretty pricey to me but I only get a pedi once a month and I’m new to the area so I just took a chance here. Was the service great? Yes. Would I return? If I don’t find another place more affordable"
"I visited this nail shop twice over the past month. Most recently I asked for a design to wear with a birthday outfit and I was very pleased with the result. The customer service is great and they were receptive to what I was looking for. Thank you!"
