"I went to this shop to get a retwist of my locs from one of the stylist that work in the salon. I talked previously with Dana about times before but times was conflicting. I finally was able to get it done. She did do a prewash of my hair before starting the retwist. Once the retwist began it just did not feel like it was going to be a good outcome. When she was doing it , some of it felt a little tight but eventually got okay. When I finally got a chance to look at the end product I felt dissatisfied about it & honestly was not worth the $65 that I paid for it. Setting spray was put in my hair which made it feel really stiff & I was not okay with it. Some of my locs was left in clumps. & some were retwisted in threes all together That was the worse loc retwist that I have ever gotten. I will not be going back to the salon for another retiwst. So, if you are looking for a loc retwist near Jonesboro do not go to Dana at that salon."
