"Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of respect for customer. I visited the establishment on yesterday for my husband’s birthday. We received manicure/Pedicures. However, less than 24 hours after my service, my nails chipped. I called the shop and was told to come back. Once arriving they nail tech (Jenni) gave me so much grief and attitude for no reason. She repaired the polish and sat me up front and never came back to check on me nor thanked me for visiting the shop."
"I have been going here since they opened and have been extremely satisfied and will not go to any other nail salon. It actually doesn't matter who services me because each Tech does a great job. My nails don't pop off and last. They offer free sodas and water as well. Great customer care and patience."
