"My Second time, The Nail tech did ok THAI , ASIAN, women needs to STOP referring to Black women as being Skinny! Thai Asian Chinese Japanese Women come from a culture where they are very small in size! That word should never be address to Black women or any nationality especially when they are slim little women themselves. That can be used as being offensive to some people especially if that Not the intent and can be bothered at times. My natural nails are long because I eat healthy and Take care of myself! I respectfully ask that my nails NOT be cut down and just please add tips to natural nails and she commented! She commented that’s why you are so SKINNY and she sarcastically laugh, I said Thank you and same to you! That was rude to say that to a customer! Just imagine If a person was heavy! Would she say that why you so FAT You just never know about them at times and what will come out them their mouth! One minute they speak English and the next you just don’t knowThat why I prefer Black nail techs May God bless 2024"

"This is the second and last time I will be a customer. I've recently discovered gel manicures protect my nails from breaking back in March. I have been getting my nails detailed ever since. But this place messed up my experience. While trimming my cuticles the nail tech cut too deep on like 3 fingers. I felt a pinch but had my eyes closed. She got my attention and my thumb was leaking blood. She stopped it. Proceeded to finish the manicure. The first time, I was impressed and it made me come back. After this last time I'm done. She cut me and looked at me like it was my fault. Saying it was my dry skin after my fingers have been soaking in water for about 5mins. The highest I've paid since I've started this nail care journey. It's over with as far as this establishment goes."

"I was there as soon as they opened. They got me in the chair immediately. I received a pedicure & a full set. I had 2 technicians working on me at the same time. Both ladies did a great job!"

"Today I visited this nail salon for a pedicure and fill, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few disappointments. Firstly, I went in with acrylic on my big toes and requested to have it removed. The staff advised against it, explaining that it could potentially damage the natural nail underneath. Instead, they recommended thinning it down to resemble my natural nail. Unfortunately, the end result wasn't seamless, as the line where the acrylic met my natural nail was still visible under the gel paint. During the fill, the nail technician did a wonderful job shaping my nails beautifully. However, when it came to painting them, things went terribly. Despite repeatedly asking her to use less gel, my cuticles ended up flooded and the overall outcome didn't meet my expectations. She then recommended in the future that I should use color acrylic so that the shape doesn’t change after my nails are painted. I thought that was an odd response but I didn’t say anything. If you’re a nail technician you should have the skills to paint nails a single solid color, at the bare minimum. Considering the price I paid ($95), which included a $15 tip ($110 total), I was hoping for better results. It's disheartening to not fully enjoy the final outcome. While I appreciate the effort put into shaping my nails, I believe more attention could have been given to the painting process. Overall, my experience here fell short of my expectations. Mainly because they don’t listen and push back. Despite my personal experience, please keep in mind that every visit may differ, and it's possible that others have had more positive experiences at this salon."

"I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Customer service is horrible and extremely over priced for no reason. Also They laugh and talk about you in their language. This nail salon refused me and my daughter service because the last time we were there they tried to over charge me and her. They try to force you to get your nails a certain way simply because they aren’t good nail art designers. They also try to manipulate you to get longer nails so they can over charge you. They definitely aren’t passionate about what they do. They are all just money hungry and then when you pay for service they stand over you trying to pressure you to tip them. I will give this place a 0. If you are looking for a great nail tech I would recommend Allure nails in Sandy springs or lush nail bar who’s located in Sandy springs as well. They both are very professional, prompt, and very talented."
