"Overnight parking is always appreciated- thanks very much! The lot can be a little tricky to maneuver in, so go slow and carefully. Fairly simple check in and loading, and fairly quick turnaround times. Make sure you check what temperature to have your trailer precooled to, this might save a little time. Overall a good place to pick up from."
"These guys are awesome! Everyone is friendly easy to work with overnight parking in the diagonal spaces directly across from that is the shipping and receiving office. And if you're here on a drop and hook picking up an empty they have them waiting and already washed out."
"I would normally take a star away for how tight the parking situation is but overall my experiences with this facility are pretty positive despite the poor layout. Jennifer at the front office was very professional and friendly I appreciated our conversation while I was getting checked in for a drop and hook. Dropped trailers go behind the gated area to the right of the building. Security has to let you in there but you first have to go to the office to check in then drop in gates lot. They allow overnight parking in the diagonal spots on the left to the building. They have a bathroom, microwave, and vending machines available for drivers."
"Eh my experience so far is blah. Arrived here for a 19:00 appt @ 17:58. Initially supposed to be a drop and hook but my company didn’t have any trailers here so it turned into a live load. It’s currently 20:11 and I called the front for an update and they stated my appt was @1700 and they had until 19:00 to get the trailer ready so I’m considered a work in. My company has the appt time of 1900 so I’m getting paid regardless but sitting does suck *Update: it’s currently 22:49, got called into a door @ 21:03. Was told to leave doors closed and someone would come out and check temp and to slide tandems lol I’m in the middle of the parking lot looking wild dumb just waiting. Called the company around 23:15ish and they called them and started to put some pep in they step. They keep claiming we were late when we clearly wasn’t. Got the paperwork and was done getting loaded by 1:20am. Took so long because They saw the review and got salty. Didn’t hurt us none. Team truck with unlimited clock that just delivered the load in SC lol but Thanks for the detention guys! We will most definitely not be returning here"
