"Not sure what is going on at this location but the last few months the service is extremely slow. Inside and drive through. They are saying they are short of help. I’ve never seen Zach Thomas at this location. He should be paying closer attention and maybe pitch in to help. I go through the drive through in Rome at the Riverside location and they are backed up to Riverside and I never completely come to a stop they are getting customers through quickly with few employees. I have been inside when other customers were complaining. Mr Thomas you need to pay attention!!!"
"Got breakfast after work the other morning, chicken minis and a coffee! As soon as I opened the minis, they smelled funny! I picked one up for closer inspection, and it didn't seem fresh at all. The bread and the chicken felt closer to cold than warm! I was shocked, never experienced this from them before. The chicken looked to be a day old and possibly reheated and the bread just felt rough and smelled like yeast."
"This Chick-fil-A was really good we came in from going on a walk on the silver, trail to grab something to eat the atmosphere was nice and we received our food quickly it has a country fill but it’s in a country town is kind of different from other Chick-fil-A‘s the food was very delicious"
"I always just get the berries when I order a fruit cup at Chick Fil A and have never had an issue. Today this is what they gave me for my fruit cup… It also took me 5 minutes to explain to the lady at the drive thru that I wanted an egg white grill but with no muffin… These are things I always order at other locations with no issue so I don’t know what is going on with this location but it’s so disappointing since this one is the closest location to me."
"Purchase two four count chicken minis and neither were fresh. My husband asked for bbq sauce but it wasn’t placed in the bag. This is the first time I had a problem at this Chick-fil-A. I will give them another try."
