"Been trying to call all day and no one ever answers. And their voicemail box is full. Tried to call weeks ago and same situation, finally got a hold of someone and was told we'd have to call back."

"We use to stay here when we rode the Silver Comet Bike Trail. They let us park here an extra night when we overnighted in Alabama. They were clean and bike friendly. No longer. Front desk is unresponsive and absent after 9:30. If you get locked out at 11 PM it will be a phone call and a 40 minute wait before someone shows up. Parking is no longer allowed beyond actual stay. Parking is at community lot in Rockmart. We stay in Dallas, GA, now. Short drive and so much better accommodations."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Unless you do drugs or are determined to find a hotel that lets you smoke inside, DO NOT COME HERE! Smells HORRIBLE!!!! AND you can feel EVERY spring in the mattress! I left within minutes of arriving. Absolutely NOT! This is NOT the place for a relaxing stay!!! Drive 20 minutes up the road to Hiram, you won't be disappointed. Look at my photos, you can see a dip in the mattress. Also, who uses those blankets anymore?!?! We use comforters now. Not scratchy old smelly blankets. Avoid at all costs."

"I give this 3 stars cause my expectations for the price was exactly how I thought it would be. 1st of all, the free breakfast was very confusing. 1st I see that it's free breakfast online but I see in the reviews that there wasn't a free breakfast. So I call and the only person who answered was clearly not American so I could not understand him but I'm pretty sure he said no free breakfast. But we get there and the sign at the desk said free breakfast so I asked him to confirm and he said free. 2nd was we got a non smoking room but yet our sheets had what looked like cigarette burnt holes in them? AND the hallways wreaked like weed so that was disgusting. And had an annoying neighbor next door who kept their TV on loud all night. So sleeping didn't work out so good. Luckily we just stayed one night but if felt like an eternity! Also I had issues with the free breakfast because they only had big jars/tubs of cream cheese, butter and peanut butter so everyone had to share those with their own knives to scoop out and just hope that no one double dipped their knive after licking it or hoping no one sneezed in the tub/jar or anything like that?? Not sanitary at all. Would not go to again. Would rather pay $25-$50 more per night to know we wouldn't have these kinds of issues."
