"Excellent service from Hardy Ford. My vehicle came in for a second time within a short period and they took care of me with a loaner vehicle and didn’t charge me. Above and beyond. Thank you Hardy Ford."

"Absolute worst service department, do not take your vehicle here! They have broken something on my expedition every time I take it in. Had a door handle that needed replacement and they took over a month, messed up the paint job on the door and had to repaint it TWICE because the first time it looked terrible. You can't even make an appointment to have your vehicle looked at, you have to drop it off and then it waits in line FOR DAYS before getting looked at! I would give ZERO stars if possible."

"Stay away from these people. I’m not quite sure how they have the reviews they have other than the fact that they must have a clientele that don’t mind being ripped off. I so I’m at a Ford dealership getting an oil change and they tell me I need brakes on front and back. The rotors are fine you just need new pads. Unfortunately, they did not have the pads in stock so I left and decided to go to Hardie, which was closer to my house, and I actually had them do the brakes on the front a year ago. When I spoke to Hardie, he told me they offered him lifetime brake pads Which was great until I brought it in and they tried to gouge me for new pads and brakes for $800. I now understand how their lifetime brake pads works. Stay away from the sleazy dealerships like Hardie family Ford."

"10/10 recommend. Awesome customer service. Work was done in a timely manner and put me in a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop without hassle. Best service department around"
