"I went in to get new jewelry for my piercings and the lady working was very nice and sweet. But when it was time for her to put the jewelry in it was clear the jewelry was too big for my piercing hole. I then told her that I was sure it wasn’t going to fit but she insisted that she has been doing piercings for “13 years”. I ended up crying and leaving because she kept forcing it in and wouldn’t stop when I asked her to multiple times. I will never ever go back or recommend this place."
