Platinum Auburn

"First time here and it was an "okay" experience. I walked in and the two stylists seemed unhappy to be there.. but I thought " you know what.. it's early. Maybe they are waking up.". I am in the chair, and my stylist doesn't talk to me the entire 2.5 hour appointment. ( I don't necessarily want to chat the whole time, but she didn't care to talk at all.. I asked questions at the beginning which she answered, but she didn't seem to care. Besides the opening "what are we doing today?". That was it. My words were "I would love the brass tones out and bright blonde highlights." She said "okay. We could just do a partial." My reply, "No. I think I booked a full highlight.. that's what I normally have to do anyway. But whatever you think is best." She ended up doing the full highlight. I continue my appointment, and when it was time to tone, I sat with my head back in that uncomfortable shampoo chair for 20 minutes (I've never seen that before. Where they just leave you in silence with your head tilted back, for 20 minutes.) She starts blow drying my hair, and I cannot tell that anything was done. When she is done blow drying, she asked me what I thought about the full highlight. I told her "it didn't change very much." She assures me that it's the light (which the lighting definitely made it look very off). I get back home and then to a party, and people couldn't tell (and I still couldn't either). I waited a few hours to call (I wanted to make sure I wasn't just "not seeing it".) They were closed.. I left a voicemail asking if they could 1) help me with a refinement appointment or talk about next steps to fix it OR 2) acknowledge my voicemail and call me back. It has been 5 days and neither has happened. I was super dissatisfied and disappointed. I just moved back to the area and I don't get alone time (without my kids) often. * I'm sure this isn't every hair stylist.. but it was my experience. Thought I would share. The stylist seemed super nice, but didn't do what I asked for and I didn't have great customer service."
