"In January of 2023, I spent over $500 on several different visits trying to get my hair done the way I wanted it. Virginia was my stylist. She is such a lovely person! I really like her. BUT she could never get my hair right. My base color was fine, but highlights were not right and cut was off. The other thing I hated was having to book my appointments out for a year in advance. I really wanted to love this salon but I did not find satisfaction there."

So it was with a great deal of fear that I dialed the phone number for Magnolia Salon. Unlike one reviewer, the phone was answered immediately and professionally, the young lady scheduled my appointment and also put me on a waitlist to see if I could get in earlier. Lindsay was amazing! She not only took the time to listen to my sob story, but asked very detailed, very pertinent questions regarding what I wanted done with my hair and how my hair normally is styled and managed. I am absolutely thrilled with the job she did and very excited to continue using her."
