"The ideal that they came up with was horrible we had to send them a picture that we would like for them to do on the shirts and cards and sign and they messed up on my email address and when my husband called about it they were so disrespectful I couldn't believe that somebody that owns a company would talked to a customer the way that they talk to my husband. People make mistakes all the time they said they've been in business for 20 years and they've never made a mistake that's just the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life at the end the signs turned out great but all of it had the wrong email address on itall.. That's what we get for paying almost $500 for the work to be done wrong"
"Jeff and his team have wrapped 15 plus vehicles for my business over the years and the work that Lightning Graphics does is superior to other vehicle wrap jobs I have seen from friends in business. In fact, I have referred 2 other business owners to Lightning Graphics who have had 10 plus vehicles wrapped by them as well. Jeff stands behind his team and his work. You will be hard pressed to find another vehicle wrap company with an owner as passionate as he is about his work and his business. Vehicle wraps are a specialty and as such it doesn’t happen overnight. We usually leave a vehicle a few weeks at a time so that they don’t have to rush their craft and we have never had any problems. We have several wraps that lasted 5-7 years before we changed designs with minimal peeling around fenders and minimal wear on the vinyl but both are completely expected with normal wear. If you want the best vehicle wrap job available go with Lightning Graphics!"
