"Deserves -10 stars! Filthy disgusting restrooms. Feces and urine on floor, two stalls out of order and several others clogged with toilet issues. This part of Florida needs a Buc-ee’s!!!"

"TA Truck Service in Marianna was the best service I have received at any truck repair facility. They went above and beyond for me in addressing my concerns and performing a full inspection of my rig and letting me know the other repairs I would need. Even though they were not able to perform some of the repairs I would need they still took the time to price quote everything for me so I can be prepared and know what I need, part numbers, how much it will cost, ect. Cody was the mechanic assigned to my bus and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, he took the time to explain everything that was going on for me step by step and made me feel that he really cared about the quality of work they were doing. Jason was my primary contact so acting as the service advisor and he was also very helpful. He contacted me regularly with updates and spent his own time searching for parts (bolts) that were hard to find in the right size and pricing out everything for me even sending me the quotes for the work they were not able to do for me. The entire staff on the truck repair side were great to work with and clearly care about their jobs and the work they are doing. I have been to places that are only repair shops and they didn't have this mentality with their service so it was great to see this from the people here. 10/10 service 10/10 would return for repairs"

"Very very rude staff. Stopped here in a horrible storm and tried to go in to get something to eat, but instead was greeted at the door by about 4 employees screaming at me that they were closed. There was no electricity ( I didn’t know ) so that’s understandable. But it would have taken just 1 employee with a kind voice instead of screaming at people. I hope management sees this!"

"Well, when we get there the pumps were old, some of them didn’t work, it’s a BP with TA, not TA as the sign said. I don’t recommend it to stop there."

"Decent place, its clean, people are friendly....only complaint is the trash *bins* have been overflowing for 2 days now. I have to do a 34 here & cant take out my trash. I think it wrong to leave trash out on the ground, but i also shouldn't have to stack trash so my puppy doesn't shread it in my truck :(..... I also dont have a place to put my dogs poop bags, and im not living with bags of my dogs poop in my room or leave it for employees and other drivers to step in bc no one wants to take out the trash.."
