"I called them to get more information on their screen printing services, specifically screen printing on glassware for my small business. My product is very similar, if not identical, to many of the items they offer on their website (glass cups, etc.), however, the person I spoke with acted like I was crazy and went on to tell me that they've never done anything like that before. Their website is highly inaccurate and misleading, as it appears that they do not actually offer the services that their website claims. Furthermore, the representative suggested that I buy a label instead. Highly unprofessional. 100% would not waste your time!"
