"I am giving this place a one star review because they are extremely unsanitary and are not properly cleaning their utensils before cutting hair. I went in and Terri cut my hair really well. I was very satisfied with my experience. But after going home, I noticed there was a burning feeling on the back of my neck where my hair was lined up in the back. Eventually after a few days a painful, bumpy rash formed there and I ended up going to the doctor, who told me this was something called Barber’s rash (a rash that forms as a result of bacteria from unsanitary razors and blades). I have had this rash for about a week and a half and it is painful to touch or brush my hair in that area. It is unfortunate because I really liked my haircut here but because they don’t have a basic understanding of hygiene, I will not be returning."
