"Steve gave me a haircut a few weeks ago and did an awesome job. I did not make an appointment as they have multiple signs online and in-store saying walk ins welcome. Steve did not mention making an appt during this visit for my next visit. 3 stars since the haircut was great but after that, it was lacking. I came by this week and was told I would have to make an appointment several hours later and come back. Frustrating as there was only one person getting a haircut at the time. Sure,I don't know their schedule but it's not very customer friendly to push business away. Maybe the walk ins welcome sign is something to reconsider."

"Went here for the first time today and enjoyed it. It is a independent shop, not a chain and has a good small business feel to it that I liked. Everyone was friendly and nice, my haircut was very thorough and well done. They did my neckline with a straight razor and hot shave cream which is something I've never had done before but I liked it. Will be back for sure."
