"I decided to visit this establishment on Saturday since it's about a two minute drive from my home. I chose the option to have any available stylist, but read the "qualifications" of the one that was chosen for me - Lulu, whose mini-bio states that she has experience with fades. Great! I requested a high fade and a trim on the top. What I got was a uneven medium "fade," which I hesitate to call it a fade because there is a stark contrast that doesn't even remotely resemble a fade, and it's visibly uneven. Before we started, I told Lulu that my hair grows toward the right, but after trimming, she didn't compensate for this, advising me that I will have to style it by brushing forward from now on. Even after she applied pomade, the way she made it look was even worse than I had looked prior to coming in, and there is nothing even remotely trendy or attractive about what she did with my hair. I refused to even think about allowing them to correct the error, and I feel terrible that I even gave her a ten dollar tip. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or overall flippant attitude towards my recommendation for my haircut, but I refuse to ever set foot in this establishment again and I encourage all to do the same."

Why do you insist I make an appointment if my appointment will just be ignored or moved around or changed whenever you feel like it? Go to Greatclips. The shop was very clean, with a friendly atmosphere and GREAT prices. They did a good job on my hair and a better job on his hair. It was not too crowded and almost everyone was wearing a mask. The staff were all very friendly and competent. We will be coming back for sure."
