"Why do y’all not know what an inch is. So I wanted about 2 inches off my hair and today I went in to the shop and I asked for 1 inch off for a little maintenance trim up, knowing that they would cut it shorter than what I wanted because they always do. My hair was about 4-5 inches long and she ended up cutting about three and a half inches off and a taper on the side. Like why can y’all not just follow instructions. I can understand a little bit of error but I feel like it was just a blatant failure to do what I told them and it feels like they just want to to go with their own creative direction and disregard what you want them to do. Unbelievable that someone does this to make a living and can suck so bad."

"My child could give a better haircut, asked for a bit off the edges and proceeds to cut of 3 1/2 inches of hair and give a buzz cut in the back and leave the rest of hair in the front. Truly upsetting and embarrassing, it’s almost as they have never cut hair. I wish google allowed 0 stars, until then you can have the 1 star."
