My son sat perfectly still the entire time so there’s no excuse for this. I’m literally in tears. Update: owner just called me; very nice. Offered to fix the problem. Apologized. Note: lady that cut his hair was very nice as well; seemed like she knew what she was doing but I guess we all make mistakes in our careers. Changing 1 start to a 3."
