"Purchased the $85 Groupon for full highlights, cut, shampoo, and style. Disappointed to find out that there was an undisclosed mandatory 20% gratuity fee applied on the Retail cost of $190 which would be $40 additional to the $85 groupon. Not only this, but the toner that would be NECESSARY to color hair is an additional $30. Therefore, you are really Paying $160- DOUBLE THE COST OF THE GROUPON. I refunded my groupon because I purchased it yesterday. I **STRONGLY** encourage this organization to stop hiding your fees and put in the disclaimer section of the Groupon that you will charge additional fees. Very disappointing. In my book, very unprofessional."
