I wanted to thank everybody there for the entire experience Rachel walked me through every step that was going to be taken and made me feel extremely comfortable, she also explained to me how to care for my extensions in the future. "I came in for an appointment with Rachael for a balayage/highlight. First of all, she was about an hour late and had a big story to explain why she was late. She was switching between me and another client because of her being late so the appointment took an abnormal amount of time and she was very disorganized. She even had another stylist help her while juggling both of us. On top of that she was pressuring me to tell my mother to get an appointment with her because she claimed to know how to deal with coloring her specific hair type and that the other stylist did not. Over all just very uncomfortable experience. She charged me $195 for Horrid hair and she absolutely bleach blonded my hair which is not what I asked for at all, I even showed her multiple picture examples. I then had to go spend another $150 getting it fixed because I did not feel comfortable letting her try to fix it. I got in touch with the manager to get a refund from Rachael and she was extremely helpful, however did not have the authority to give me a refund because of the way the salon works."
