"If you need to call them, don't. I get that the people in the pharmacy are frustrated, but they are rude and dismissive. The only reason I ever have to call is when the app isn't working which is a lot lately. Now I can't use the app for deliveries at all. Each time I call these people keep cutting me off and talking to me like I stole something from them. I'm just going to leave CVS alone altogether but this is the worst one I've ever used and I've been a CVS customer for more than 20 years. Not anymore thanks to store 4692. Good job!!"

"PHARMACY IS THE WORSE!!! I took the prescription IN PERSON for my son at 12:15pm. The lady who helped me took it wrote my number and time. I called to be told I didn't come there I when somewhere else. Lady basically called me liar 4 times. Then proceeded to call the other pharmacy she said I when to to prove to me i am lying. That pharmacy told her that it was electronic and not in person. The pharmacist found the prescription paper and yes I did cuss them out i did. They follow me outside because they accuse me of cussing them out racially to them but i was born and raised in Atlanta its how i talk. I was mad to be called a Iiar 4 times on where I physically when to drop off the prescription. My son has Preseptal cellulites on his eyelid and can be life-threatening they wasted 4 hours. No call or understanding at all."

"My script for naxopren that is needed for my head injury sat for 5 DAYS and it was never filled. No one called about issues with the script then the lazy new manager of Shrupa wants to shriek at closing time yesterday about her it's not her fault and she was just reading off the computer screen. Furthermore, I have evidence from insurance of my benefits never being ran and my question is why is Shrupa a manager. This store has plummet over past years due to incompetent employees and I can't trust them to count to 60 or properly fill a liquid prescription. Why keep hiring peoplewith the inability to count or speak to people."
