"Not even joking Iv been on the phone for 55 minutes with no answer from the pharmacy just trying to fill a prescription and continue to stay on hold. Absolutely ridiculous that I can reach anyone at the store to get my medication that is highly needed."
"I swear this is literally the worst cvs I’ve ever had to experience. Lost my child’s medicine after not filling it for two weeks when they got the first amount in. The main pharmacist is an absolute disgrace. If could put less stars I would. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go here. So much for putting meds in a safe. Apparently that doesn’t keep them safe if the rest of the staff can’t find them."
"This CVS "pharmacy" has the worse service I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. The cashier, with the attitude, raspy voice and dreads/plats in her hair went out of her way to argue with customers. This was very difficult to watch coming from a darn pharmacy! After reading all these reviews, I'm shocked that CVS has done nothing to improve their level of customer service. Everyone can't possibly be wrong CVS!"
"The pharmacy deserves a rating of less than 1, but this was the lowest option. The staff has absolutely no respect for the fact that customers don’t come for fun, they come to get necessary medication. The staff don’t open the pharmacy on time and stand around talking and cursing in private conversations instead of helping customers. I think they hope that you’ll give up and leave so they don’t have to do any work. And that’s exactly what I’ve done. I’ll never come back again. CVS needs to fire everyone and start over."
"Just really hate this pharmacy. All the reviews about the poor customer service…lack of inventory….long waits…. Just all are 110% true. I only use them because they’re less than 2 minutes from my home. Guess I’m going to have to start driving further…."
