"When Meka shows up, she does a great job. However on two occasions she has changed my appointment last minute or not showed up or forgot she made an appointment with me. I take my daughter to get braids and this time twists. However, when I texted Friday to confirm my appointment, she lied and said something came up and that she couldn't do it, but could do it Monday at 4 pm. When we arrived, no one was there. We waited for 15 minutes before leaving. She is so unprofessional and always jacks me around. I have had it. I guess she so busy she doesn't need my money so I'm taking it to a more professional person."
