"I should not be able to check in or the Google hours need to reflect the hours on the door if they are closing at 6 instead of 7pm It's ok if an establishment closes sooner due to staff or distance, but update your hours. I got the text that I am up next at 5:45. Door says they close at 6. Website and Google say 7pm.i checked in at 5:30 with a 3 minute wait."

"We arrived at 4:39 with no wait per online but the 'open' lights are off, they were locking the door as we were walking towards the door. I go online and book into the wait line that doesn't exist per online (but I cannot walk in). I call the store because I'm supposed to be checking in, I'm told there's a wait and they aren't accepting anyone else because it's 4:40. But I'm still outside the establishment and it's empty. I understand not wanting to be here much after close as I'm in a similar industry but this is disgustingly unprofessional. I understand if you can't, but say that, don't just lock the door as you can clearly see two people walking to the door when you're allowing the previous person who just had a haircut to leave."
