"Online says they close at 8PM... Went in at 5:10PM for some simple high & tight boys cuts on 2 of my sons... Doors wide open to the place... No one in sight.. As I stand there for 10-15 mins waiting on someone to show, I notice someone's wallet & keys right on the counter next to the register... Imagine if the wrong person actually came in... I didn't go ask a Walmart employee or customer service where someone is, bc I am aware the Smart Style is separate from Walmart... A woman finally shows up from outside of the store & proceeds to tell me at almost 530PM she is closing & will not give any haircuts... Do better people!"

"This is the hair cut I got here today. I am so upset at this horrible cut! My kids would have done a better job. And now I can’t afford to get it fixed or have enough hair. I will have to let it grow out again. Hair was past my butt before she cut it. This was a trim and I said do not cut a lot off. And she was going to layer it for more volume. I still tipped her but I will never come back."
