"The owners of this place are not at all professional since they do not show respect for the client, they ask to make an appointment and leave the client waiting apart from not answering the phone again, informal staff in their business, remember the business needs the client, for the client there are more options and the truth is it is not a great option."

"Went for a haircut, she left to wash her hair while doing mine. Took a while to assist and afford me different things they can do like eyebrow fix, waxing. I just wanted a haircut. They are nice, but the amount it took for them to finish for a bit. Good service and good people just the waiting time."
