She does an amazing job with my (often wild) ideas for my hair. Most recently she re-did my perm and gave me a faux-hawk and it looks so good! And yes, that's a perm! She's done a great job with it making it look natural and not at all like the macaroni hair we all remember from 1999. I highly recommend Katy and this salon!"

"First time trying this salon. Probably the most uncomfortable and unpleasant salon visit I've ever had. Bummed I didn't get the same great experience others seemed to have. I wanted to just clean up my haircut and add a few long layers. My hair is straight and was midway down my back. The stylist was very sloppy with the cut. At one point, asked me how I liked the length and I had to point out to her that there was about a three inch difference on each side. Stylist was in the middle of cutting a section and dropped it to answer her phone. Had only what I can describe as the most bizarre and uncomfortable blow dry. Again just incredibly sloppy. Did not check the end points or really anything at all when she finished. Did not offer to show me the back. I took a closer look at home and was horrified. I think I could have cut it better myself by watching a YouTube video. Had to go to another salon to have it fixed as I had pictures for work the next day. The other stylists were baffled and what she had done to my hair. Had to lose much more length to correct it and I'm still left with some very awkward choppy short bits that they couldn't blend in without cutting it all chin length. The salon owner, Sarah, was very kind about the situation and offered to fix it for me but her appointment did not work with my schedule. In lieu of that, she was able to offer me a refund. I wish I would have gone with the advice from the reviews and booked with her in the first place."
