"Walked in and there was no one in the salon. No one was waiting. Asked if I could get my hair trimmed and blown out.... No wash... A 15-20 minute job(my hair is only to my shoulder) and they said they didn't have the time to blow my hair.... they could only do it a little bit. Horrible customer service from an older lady. She was very dry with no smile. If you don't want to do your job why go to work?"

"I was denied the service of getting my hair blow dried. It says on their website that they provide it, but they are lying and they said that even if they were able to it would cost $41 for armpit length hair. Do not go there they have horrible service."

"I usually get haircut every other week at one place and due to my new work schedule I couldn’t make it to my regular barber operating hours. I googled great clips near me and the la vista location was open earlier so I went there. I had the worst hair cut so I had to go to another location to get it fixed. I get hair cut @ Great Clips location regularly but not this location."

"Great Clips is an casual salon offering haircuts for adults (men and women), and also kids along with professional styling products for sale. It is a franchise and they have locations allover. I always look for one wherever I move. They are conveniently located in the Northlake Square strip mall/shopping plaza. This place is right off the 285 exit and it seats right next to the Best Buy and Aldi. I have been going there for quite a few years now. Good service but with the COVID 19, wait times can be long, just remember to reserve your spot on their web application. It was great to see everyone was wearing masks and sanitizing frequently. My stylist Janiecy was very considerate, careful, and gave me some really good tips for my haircare. They make decent small talk too. They say no appointment needed, just walk-in; but I would strongly prefer to check-in online, that would be a better option with no waiting in lines or store closed surprises. They do honor coupons, check your emails if you have an account or follow them on Instagram to get the coupons. They do need a receptionist though. The stylist should not have to leave their current customers to receive new incoming customers. They have ample free parking in front of the store with other shared businesses. The place is well maintained, clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives in and around this area."
