"My wife got a hand infection from this shop that required 3 days in the hospital and she could have lost the use of her hand. The wife say that on her first visit she was "nicked" by the technician, who just so happens to be the manager, and the all nails fell off in a few days. The nick is what caused the infection, which mean they are not sanitizing their equipment properly. After the nails fail off, she had to return for a "redo" and they didn't apologize or offer her any type of discount. But the main issue is the infection. Buyer Beware! We are reporting them to the State Board."
"I’ve made several appointments at Crystal and I still have to wait 30 plus minutes to get my nails done. To this date, I haven’t been able to get my nails done here because of the ridiculous wait time. Even if you make an appointment, they won’t honor it so don’t waste your time."
"The customer service is unfriendly. They overly pander to only one ethnic group. My nail service was rushed with white polish underneath lurking under my polish. My pedicure would have been nice if beautification of woman was the mind set. I have a thick nail on my toe and immediately they started talking about it in another language."
