"After confirming my hair appointment twice via text, they cancelled at the last minute, on my birthday, of all days. This is not the first time they have cancelled a day in advance or even a few hours prior to. They had no other stylists that day that could fill in. The receptionist could not even tell me when my stylist would be available. Would not recommend."
"This place is AMAZING!! I took my 83 year old mother here this morning to see what they could do for her, and plan on making an appointment based on what they said. She had had a bad cut and experience at a different salon. A stylist named Danielle saw her and took her on the spot. She gave her exactly what she wanted, and refused to be paid for her service.
