"This place is not meant for Hispanic/black people with thick curly hair. Their clients are mainly Caucasian. My first time going and I left with color stain all over my forehead. My hair was not styled due to low staff. Exit out with damp hair and fresh dye. Hooray!"
"This afternoon, on my third visit to E Cobb salon (since December), I experienced incredible rudeness and lack of service from my colorist. She was rough, barely covered my roots, and smeared color all over my face. It was beyond uncomfortable and, I believe, unprovoked but I have never experienced anything like this in any personal service business. Based on comments from other customers in the salon concurrently, I’m not alone regarding my experience and this employee. I must clarify that this was limited to only one employee who unfortunately was my color tech. The other staff member appeared embarrassed and uncomfortable given her colleague’s behavior. Its was so unpleasant I cancelled my monthly subscription. My cancellation had everything to do with this rude person vs quality of MR product. I like my color results do believe this employee is a talented hair professional and needs some serious coaching or help. As I tried to speak with her she would not even respond to me verbally. Maybe she is in some sort of crisis? I hope she gets some counseling and help. MR gives no option for this type of feedback. I hope someone in a position of authority will read this and provide assistance to their employee."
